1. Ordering

All orders via the online shop can be made online only. 

2. Stock Information

Information regarding back ordered items Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be made unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. In the instance whereby products ordered are unavailable, we will advise you as soon as possible. Your entire order will only be dispatched once the backordered items have become available.
What do I need to know about pre-orders? If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order, there is a delay in delivery which is stated on the shop or in the description of each product.  We feature pre-orders on products to give first preference on delivery to those who purchase earlier than the release date. Pre orders require payment even though delivery is delayed. You will be notified when delivery is expected.

3. Returns & Refunds


Please choose your items carefully; once an order is placed we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges due to an incorrect order or a change of mind. If an item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email our customer support team for assistance. 
What should I do if my order is incomplete on arrival?
 Please email us at enquiries@dmcsport.com.au and include your order number for reference. 

4. Delivery information

Can I pick up my items? DMC Sport operates as an online store only and any purchases made through the shop can be purchased online only with delivery only.
Can I change my delivery address details after I have placed my order?
 Please check your order details and shipping details prior to placing your order as it is not possible to change these details after an order is placed.  
Can I supply a residential, business or PO Box address for my order?
 All articles can be tracked once dispatched. This service may require the parcel to be signed for upon delivery. We request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received between the hours of 9am-5pm. We cannot deliver to a PO Box due to the sizing of items. In the event an attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, a card will be left stating that your parcel is ready to pick-up at your local post office.  
How soon will my order be shipped?
 In stock items are available for dispatch within 24-48 hours after payment is received. In the event that we experience any delivery delays outside of our specified delivery time frames, we will notify you of this and dispatch part shipment of your order where possible. 
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as any other shipping information.
How long will my order take to arrive? Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of your parcel can be expected within 3-5 days. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive domestically. In the event that you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please contact our customer service team. You will receive details to track your order online online once it has been despatched from our warehouse. 

5. Payment

You will be invoiced for your orders you have made by your local association. For all information regarding pricing for your orders please contact your local association.
